Return & Exchange Policy
At Bravosh, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy for detailed guidance:
General Policy:
- Hassle-Free Returns: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. A further 5-7 days is required for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup services, subject to availability in your pin code.
Refunds:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return.
- COD Orders: Refunds for cash-on-delivery COD orders will be refunded via the customer’s chosen payment method.
- Store Credits: Store credits or reward points are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our store.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products returned in poor condition or visibly worn will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you purchased items during special sales or free product promotions (e.g., BOGO), such orders are not eligible for returns.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
- Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@bravosh.com. Please provide photos of the issue along with your order details.
Reverse Pickup Process:
- Reverse pickups will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to pick up the product(s), you must self-ship the items and contact support@bravosh.com
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method, COD orders will be refunded via the customer’s chosen payment method.
- Note: Avoid using unreliable courier services for self-shipment. We recommend Speed Post for secure and affordable delivery.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Important Notes:
- Bank account details provided by the customer for refunds will be considered final. Errors in the details are not the responsibility of Bravosh.
- If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact us within 24 hours.
- Customers must take care of the product(s) while in their possession and ensure all instructions, documents, and wrappings are returned in the same condition as received.

Please provide details of the product along with clear photos of the issue within 1 day of receiving the item. Our team will review your case and provide further instructions.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you via email of your eligibility for a refund (if applicable). Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and in any case, within 10 working days from the date we confirm your eligibility for a refund.
