We offer free shipping, with delivery timelines of 3-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for other locations, depending on your city.

Q5: How are refunds processed, and how long do they take?
Prepaid refunds are processed the same day we receive the returned item, and the amount is reflected within 1-2 business days, depending on your bank. For COD orders, we’ll confirm your preferred refund method when you initiate the return.
